Misc: Mayday Mayday

Finally the weather has picked itself up here in Brighton – phew! It was looking a lot like May Not as opposed to May for some time there. A post is well overdue (surprise surprise) and so here is a very brief roundup of things that have happened and what can be expected in (hopefully) more detailed, future posts.

ink and paper exhibition

Photo By Graham Pilling (nice lad, bit strange)

INK & PAPER : what a great show that was, well done Mr.Drozd and Misters Pilling, Telegramme & White (& Mrs White too)… what a lovely spot, what an incredible number of beerbottles drained in a spectacularly small number of seconds, what a surprisingly good number of sales – Recession? pfffft

SCREENADELICA : Amazing fun, thank you Liverpool for restoring the Zookeeper’s faith in you (nasty housemates from some time back “Bongo & Clyde” had let you down horribly). Massive props to Gary AKA horse for putting on a great stage and exhibition room to coincide with the Sound City festival. Good sales there too considering most folk were probably reserving their pennies for gig drinking.

Below is a poster we did printed for one of the acts – now available for just £12 – email pzprints@gmail.com if you’d like one fired off in a tube – the band are great fun by the way and reports say that the show was brilliant… The zoo unfortunately got a bit carried away at the exhibition stall and missed it!

Lastly we can announce that the weather is good for market trading once again (phew) and we will be down by the West Pier in Brighton most sunny weekends and Mondays doing special special deals – pop along!
